Well one day into this and I lost over 2 lbs in one day. I call that a win.

I have been gone off here for far too long.
Became a grandmother for the first time 4+ months ago.
After Dr. Appointment yesterday he told me that I needed to try this new prescription that is supposed to curb appetite and help jump start a weight loss journey. So here I am back at it.
We will see how well this prescription works...

Forgot to get on here over the weekend as I am out of practice. It was NOT a good weekend as there was so much going on. I went to a different church on Saturday for a women ministry event in the morning. Grabbed fast food lunch and then a awful supper of hot dogs. Followed with going to church Sunday, then out for brunch with hubby and daughter before moving onto driving 2 hours to a wedding shower for my sister in law. Junkie food there and then 2 hours back home alone in a car drinking Mt Dew which I had previously given up. Found out I really don't like it anymore which is a good thing. Home for supper which was leftovers. Now need to move ahead without any guilt. What is done is done.

OK I am going to try coming back to this. Being off here obviously is NOT working. After so long a plateau I just got soooo frustrated. So I quit everything. However, I also gained even though part of me was trying to watch things.
Potato chips...my nemesis...I love the damn things and crave the salt.
Brand new pair of running shoes purchased Sunday and then car starting acting up on the way home from the store. I got so stressed that I broke in the shoes by wearing them to work...but didn't do a bit of walking or running in them while off work. That has to change if I am going to turn this around and start the losses again. I have gained back roughly half of what it took me a year to lose back when.
So it begins...how many of my friends are still here?
