I havent been going to the gym. I feel awful... I need to get in there bad too. Im so afraid to gain any weight back it consumes me. But im still eating very well, low fat and low calorie... minus a couple splurges, I hopefully can get on track.

So I had two small "air head" chewy candies and a handful of sunflower seeds and I feel SUPER guilty. Its all the stress of this week. I need to start bringing in healthier alternatives... I have the candy dish on the front desk, so it screams my name.
Hopefully some cardio tonight.

So here it is Wednesday, and I havent ate too well over this labor day weekend... It is time to start again! I was planning on the gym tonight, but My cousin is in from out of town so Im picking her up from her hotel after I get off. Its so hard to balance everything, I wish there was more time in the day.
