Well here I go again but this time I will not stop! I am not over weight by any means just flabby so to speak, you know....little extra around the middle. Thighs have gotten a little chubby too. Getting ready for vacation in March and it seems I always start working out and eating better in January and then during vacation I just fall off the bandwagon and then get back on for a couple months to get me through summer and then I fall back off again. Grrrrrrgh so frustrating. Why do I let myself get so slack. I mean I feel much better when I work out and eat right and my clothes look so nice on so what in the world would make me ever want to stop? Going to lose this extra 11lbs, tone up, and get heathly for good.....for life!
