So tomorrow starts my 4th week on Atkins. I am considering myself in phase 2 OWL. I haven't really been counting my carbs but I have still been losing weight. My clothes are fitting much better. I think it's time to start a work out program now. I'll just start at home but hopefully soon I can join a gym. When I started Atkins this time I weighed 118.8 eventhough my weight history doesn't say that on this website. I am now down to 111.4 Yay!
