Not to bad today! however, i realize that i am snacking way to much! So my goal tomorrow will be to get into the gym and to eliminate unnecessary snacking!

It's a new day! i'm excited to do better than i did yesterday, however, i'm going to dinner at a friend's house tonight and i don't know what's on the menu, but i know there is going to be wine there... uh-oh ;)

So today was just one of those days! Went way over my points... Dust myself off in the morning, hit the gym, and try again!

I'm about halfway through my second day and I've almost maxed out on my WW points... thanks to a couple of oatmeal cookies :P I've gotta make it to the gym today so i can not go over my points at dinner! Tonight i'm going to make this weight watchers chili recipe that i found. It looks pretty yummy.
