I had a great time with both friends yesterday and enjoyed the Elton John movie. I ate more popcorn than planned and Panera Bread forgot my chicken on my salad so I only ate about half. Still, a low calorie day.

Tomorrow is a beach day with hubby. I have already tracked just in case I don't get on here. :-*

Thankful:
I am a 46 year old woman. A coworker I don't see often said she can see my weight loss, especially in my face. She said "if I didn't know you, I would think you were 25. 25! Holy cow, 25! I hugged her. And I am not a hugger. LOL I am thankful I listened to my mother and stayed out of the sun, and used lotions and sunblock to the point of fanaticism since I was a teen. I have my umbrella, sheet for my legs, long sleeves, 30,50 and 100 sunblock, and my visor. Here's to not looking 26 for a few more years. :-)

Goal for day:
I already exercised (32 on elliptical), and I am doing blood work on lunch, so, no fit board today. My food is planned. E's friends are coming over tonight for their mostly weekly Heroclix game. I don't play with them because I am a sore loser. So, I guess finish packing for the beach, and have a great, fun evening doing whatever I want. Oh, and get to bed at a decent hour. The parking lot at the beach fills up fast so we need to be there by 8:30-9. It is an hour away. Up by 7 should do it. Bed by 11ish.

Positive Thoughts:
I am feeling so good I did not reschedule my physical that I am having next week. I am only 5 lbs down in comparison to last July. I feel ready. I feel like my numbers are better. I cannot be derailed even if I am wrong. #determined&strong

Great night last night. Eating was a little anticlimactic, but very tasty I could have easily gone longer but it would have bothered E. No stomach pains when I stated eating. So, yay on that!

I did not get to my 10 mins of my fit board at lunch yesterday. I was on the phone with many people trying to get the solar panels on my house turned on. They have been installed since 6/7, and got the OK from the town on 6/21...I am wasting daylight and it is making me very frustrated. We already had a loan payment...I would really like a to be soaking in some kw! We are waiting for the electrical company to turn us on and install the meter.

Thankful:
I was never into having kids but I am thankful for the one I have. We all have a very good time. I am walking with a friend on lunch and going to dinner/movie with another friend. I love being surrounded by a good group of people.

Goal for day:
Soup and salad at Panera Bread. We are sneaking Starbucks and low cal popcorn into the movie. Extra goal is not to get caught!

Positive Thoughts:
With OMAD, the Spike Diet and extended fasting, I can not fail...It might take me months. It might take me years. But I will get there...this I KNOW!

My 72 hour water fast is almost done. I feel wonderful and very proud of myself.

Hubby figured out last night that I was doing 72 hours. He was not the happiest. The strange thing is I told him Monday. I guess he was not listening well. I know he thinks I am intelligent, but whenever I try something new, he starts with the internet does not give you "actual facts" lecture. Followed by the "you can't believe everything you read" lecture. LOL He is lucky he is cute.

He knows I hate the lectures, so I read to him out loud in the car so he couldn't get away. I read some of the information I found and to explain why I was doing it. I muted the radio too. The HORROR! I even read some of the science experiments. LOL He stopped lecturing. It seemed his greatest annoyance was eating in front of me. I told him I was fine and not hungry, but it was bothering him.

He is a good guy. He hates when I say that. But you guys won't tell, right?

Thankful:
I am thankful for finding the 3 woman I found on Instagram. OMAD is really changing my life. I would have never even thought I could have done a 72 hour water fast. I feel great and sooooo strong.

Goal for day:
Finish my fast at 5:09 PM eastern. Have a salad and soup for dinner. Do my 10 mins on my fit board at lunch. (I already did 31 on the treadmill this morning). Hang with the kids (DD and her BF). Have fun!

Positive Thoughts:
I feel like the sexist, strongest, energetic-est, Jessa ever today. And it will get even better as I continue my journey. :-)

I am back from vacation with a 4lb gain. That be nothing! I am doing my first 72 hour fast to reset my eating and conviction. I had my last sip of iced coffee at 5:09 PM last night. I had more caffeine than usual the last few days. I hope I don't get a fasting headache.

Thankful:
I have an excellent support system in place for my health goals. FS, people I follow on IG, and E is actually watching what he eats and exercised with me again this morning. Craziness!

Goal for day:
I already did some cardio (elliptical), and I will do my fit board at lunch. My main challenge will be not getting any coffee when I pick up some for a friend after work. But I truly think I will be ok. A fast is a mind set and my mind is set.

Positive Thoughts:
The 72 hour fast will reset all that it needs to reset. I am back on track. :-)
