I'm such an A$$! I was down to 143 and now I'm right back to where I started. It's as though I sabotage myself...Well, I'm startin over tomorrow and hope to looses down to 125lbs. I'm 5-6 so it's a healthy weight range for me. I need your motivation and help guys!

UGH! I'm slipping hard core. I'm bored, burnt out and so frustrated. I slipped one day and all I crave are sweets! Darn county fair! It'xs all my fault though. I didn' realize how easy it is to fall off the wagon...I need to regain control!

I love CHEATING! That sounds terrible but boy does it kick my weight loss into gear! I only do it a couple days a month AS NEEDED! If my weight stays the same a few days I go off SB. Next day I'm back to loosing weight!

I think I'm burned out. I went off the dies Sunday and Tuesday. I put a pound on. No big deal. Back on today to rock the weight off!
