I'm currently a stay at home mom to 3 daughters, ages 11, 7, & 4. I just turned 36 on News Years Day. I've been doing WW since April 2006. When I joined WW I weighed 206. My blood pressure was sky high. Since then my bp has come down tremendously, along with my weight. My ultimate goal is to work for WW.

I enjoy the outdoors, especially geocaching. Watching and playing sports. Playing the Wii, you know you can get a good workout from that!

Watching shows like "Super Size Me' again helps!
That was a great documentary. I think I might get it out again and rewatch it, along with the kids and hubby, the are the ones that want fast food all the time.

stupid question... lol
I was just thinking about this the other night too. Maybe someone should add it to the list. 28 calories for 20 minutes seems awfully low. That amount as to vary from person to person though, depending on how active you are Laughing

Points or Core?
I love Core. I have already lost 55 lbs on Core. To me it is much easier then Flex. I find that when I do Flex, I eat too much junk because I can just count the points.

Really if you are on Flex and only have 20 points for the day and you get in all your fruits, veggies, oils, and milk, you will be basically following the Core plan.

The hardest part about Core is when we have pizza night or I want a drink. You just have to remember to count those points.

Invest in a Wii!
I love the Wii, best investment we've made for video games. The entire family has a blast playing and competing against each other.

Good books to read on weight loss
YOU: The Owner's Manual: An Insider's Guide to the Body that Will Make You Healthier and Younger by Michael Roizen and Dr. Oz.

Excellent book, lots of great info and very motivational too.
