So haven't been able to weigh in since last Wednesday hopefully when we get home I will have not gained any weight maybe even lost some weight! :)
I have been trying to work out a little everyday. I wasn't able to work out yesterday though. Hopefully I can find a way to work out tonight.
I haven't been eating incredibly well on this trip but I have been trying to stay under the calorie goals at least. I only had one day were I went over and that was yesterday. Like I said hopefully I will have at least not gained any weight by the time we get home.

So far our trip is going very well and I have been eating pretty good and getting some good exercise too. On Sunday I got to go swimming with my cousins and it was quite intense swimming too! We were doing all sorts of fun stuff and we were out there for about and hour and half. I'm still pretty sore in my arms! :) Then yesterday evening when we got back to the hotel I went for a 20 minute walk/run on the treadmill. I didn't do as well I thought I should because I only made it about 1.5 miles and I wasn't able to do as much running as I thought I would be able to either. But I am just more out of shape than I realized. I am trying to do this couch to 5k, 12 week program but I think for the first week or so I'm just going to try and walk briskly for 25 minutes then start doing the running a little bit later. I need the pre couch to 5k get into better shape program lol. But I will get there eventually. I know it!

On the road. I am hoping when I get to our hotel I can go for a walk/run. I am going to try to exercise as many days as possible while on this trip. I'll keep you posted on if that actually happens.
It has been 2 and half weeks without sodas of any kind! I'm starting not to feel so irritable from the lack of caffeine and sugar. Although I think I am still consuming too much sugar. But at least I'm not getting the 80 sugars from sodas a day anymore. Baby steps! :)
Yesterday was a bad food day for me. My family was celebrating my boyfriends birthday. I guess you can't have perfect food days everyday. Today is going to be hard too I can tell but I am just going to try and make the best options possible.
