Hello,
I work from home, I recently decided to try and do something about my weight before it gets to out of control. Up until a few days ago I never exercised or stretched or did anything good for me for that matter, my down time at home I am addicted to the internet and watch tv. I love to cook and bake so I found myself eating more and not getting any physical activity. Oh and it doesn't help that I am addicted to energy drinks.
I have decided that its time for a change, I encourage anyone who will be a positive influence to send me a buddy request, this is scary and probably one of the hardest things that I have faced.
