When you don't have weights, and can't afford the gym...
I FIND THAT USING MY DAUGHTERS DANCE MAT GREAT FUN!!! MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ENJOYS THIS TOO AND WE HAVE EVEN MANAGED TO GET HUBBY TO HAVE A GO.IT IS GREAT FUN!!!!!!!!!!!
