Seem weird actually writing my weight down, scary even. But I did it and it's time to move on..lol.
I'm a mom of 3, and like to think and eat like I'm still a teenager. I've been working out and starting to see results....not on the scale though. So I need to figure out a diet plan to start. I carry most of my wieght around my middle. I need to get rid of my muffin top! Any suggestions?

I'm switching diets
I didn't do a very good job sticking to the Abs diet, even thought it looked easy. So I'm going back to Adkins...How are you guys doing out there?

any one else doing the "abs diet for women"?
I'm hoping my Abs diet for women book is at the post office today. I'm trying to incorporate the "power foods" into my diet. So far I have read part of the regular Abs diet and it looks pretty good. I dont know what the diff is for women, more dairy maybe? I dont know. Good luck...let me know how it goes.
