Tomorrow will be my frist day back at counting my calories and watching what I eat. I will be attempting to eat all whole foods, low fat foods, and low calorie foods. I will also be watching the sodium in my foods.

Yesterday was my first day back to my diet and exercise. I gained a bit of weight, but it is typical for this time of the month so I am not surprised. Ultimately I am still on track.

Today I decided that even though I am not gaining any of the weight I lost, I want to loose a bit more. So I am on my second challenge to loose 15 more pounds.

Started working out with my Slim in 6 work out a few days ago so now I am loosing. I also have started keeping track of my calories again. Seems when I do that I watch what I eat more. Hello Thanksgiving :)
