Went to a local festival with my daughter yesterday and allowed myself 1 sampling of food. Ended up getting fried vegetables (I know). Started eating them and half way through my stomach just tightened up in a knot. My body did not appreciated that greasy goodness it once did. That's a good thing! Very hot and humid today and did a lot of work outside so I'm burning up the cals. Happy Monday, what's left of it.

Over ate yesterday a bit at night. Woke up feeling guilty, but realized that today is a new day. I can always start over. Feeling hopeful. This is a journey, not a destination.

Was exhausted all day yesterday. Nausea. Weak. Feeling overall yuckv. My friends tell me this is my body detoxifying. I sure hope this doesn't last too long. Reaching for that light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone else have this problem?

Horrible night sleeping. So tired today. The good news is I didn't eat late night last night! Definitely a habit I need to get under control. It felt good waking up not feeling guilty.
