Slacking the last two days on my journal entries and food record. Back on track for sure. It really helps to see everything I eat because it seems to sneak up on me. My mood has been a positive one, keeping busy on a job prospect and hanging out with friends. I don't drink so all those empty calories are not a problem for me. Taking chewable fiber tabs to help with hunger. Just taking care of me for once in my life! YES!!

Disappointed. Only lost .4 pounds this week. Thought I was doing relatively well. I think I need to start exercising. I have an exercise video game for my x-box. Gonna start today!

Feeling sluggish today. Rainy out so I will be doing some much needed housework today starting with the kitchen floor, yuck! Happy, happy Friday everyone!

Stayed well below my RDI yesterday. Noticing a change in my thought pattern. I no longer look at it as dieting, but self-love. Taking care of this body my heavenly Father gave me. Happy Thursday everyone!

Feeling guilty. Had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and Large fry from McD's for dinner last night. Today is a new day. I promise myself not to let my slip bring me down. Had a very healthy lunch. Happy Wednesday friends!
