Didn't think i'd get my workout in today. My youngest had us up from 3-4:30 am. So i missed my 5 am workout time. Good thing they were both exhausted by nap time, i went straight downstairs before i felt myself drifting to sleep. Day 5 complete ...pure cardio is nuts 325 cal burned.

Supposed to be cardio recovery today. Littlest one decided to wake the whole house at 4 am. Hopefully I'll get down there this aft if I get a second wind. Muscles seriously need the stretch :)

Day 3 of Insanity. Cardio power and resistance. This time got app to talk to HRM....burned 300 cal this morning. Muscles will be barking at me tomorrow. Looking forward to cardio recovery.

Day 2 of insanity. Plyometric cardio circuit. Great workout. I was impressed that I could stick with the whole thing (even the pushups). Shows how much more strength I've gained since a year ago. Got a new HRM (strapless) but completely forgot to turn on the app on my phone so I haven't got a clue how many calories I burned but felt like 300+. I'll get this all sorted out. T minus 25 days until my 41st birthday. Would LOVE to be in the mid 130's by then.
