I know I have been away for awhile. I am still trying and lost a teeny bit. At least I didn't gain. I haven't been able to stick to it all day. My downfall is at night. I have hit the Halloween candy more than once.

Well, I have not weighed in for awhile because I just have not been able to get back on track. I thought I was ok there for a couple of days, but I can't get back into it the way I was during September.
I was really worried that the week I had to go out of town would wreck the momentum. I think I was already getting to a low and losing my ability to stay on it but that week really did it. It started with my daughter's birthday on the 23rd and then that whole week was a bust.
Not sure how to get back on track. It is frustrating and disappointing.

Yippie Skippie!
I finaly got off my gain from my break week.
I think this is just going to take a long time. If I could stay on atkins consistently and exercise it would be fine, but my lifestyle gets in the way. Plus, the week I went off I just felt my body screaming to take a rest.
Anyway, I will keep on working. These days are definitely motivators :) .
What I HOPE to do is treat this as if it was a beginning and hopefully in the next month get down into the 150's which has been my short term objective for a while now.

Well, I went to that conference and even though I tried to stay on atkins, I just was not able to. I finally pretty much gave up. I have had a real hard time getting back to it since then. Obvioulsy I gained a couple of pounds from last week. Discouraging.

Well, last night I went to dinner. I did not binge, but I just ate normally. I stayed about the same weight, maybe up half a pound. I really needed to do that.
I am back on the wagon today.
