So I have been dieting and not losing weight. However, I did join Crossfit.
I have list 3 inches on the waist, two on the hips. Gained about an inch on shoulders and 1 inch on Biceps.
My weight is steadying out slowly though. What I mean is, Instead of jumping from 253 to 260 it's more like 253 to 255.
Hoping to head into the 240's soon.
