I took a break for a month due to turning 50 and celebrating so i only gained a few pounds and it could have been worse. BUT i am BACK and trying to get the rest off and get to my first goal of 155 pounds. here we go again!!!

ok so the good news is I am sort of maintaining 166 I've had a really bad month and cheated ALOT on the weekends and the workouts with weights has seized for the past two weeks. I used my 10 day cold as an excuse!! So now I am in a little bit of a rut and I'm looking into doing crossfit for a month. since I am having trouble motivating myself to get back on track. The doctor just informed me that I am 5'3 LOL` boy was I in denial I thought i was 5'5 I MUST have shrunk in height! So now my goal of 155 is still not the right weight for me but it is still my first goal. I know I look my best at 134 so i guess I will make that my 3rd goal. BUT according to charts I am suppose to be 118 since I am actually small-med boned oh well screw it as long as I am healthy. yeah right LOL
