Trying to lose some weight before my best friend's wedding. In February 2010, I successfully lost about 25lbs using a diet I found in Glamour magazine. I kept the weight off for about 8 months,then I gained all my weight back. I was very disappointed with myself, but I lost all motivation for doing anything that would help my health. Now that I'm back at 165lbs, I really want to lose the weight again. Not just for superficial reasons, but for my health. I was recently married in January so my husband and I want to get back on track to a healthy us.
So far I have been visiting the fitness room about 2 times a week. I want to increase this exercise to at least 4 times a week, with an added strength training in there twice a week. I also have realized that I was consuming over 2000 calories a day! I was very shocked and I am starting a 1350 calorie diet for now. I may move it down to 1200 calories a day, but I want to make sure I can get my diet right.
