I had a trainer tell me about a year and a couple months ago that I wouldn't be able to make it to my goal of 135Lbs.. So aiming for 140Lbs would be the best for me with my life style and having two kids. I am laughing in side now, and maybe a little mad that I spent a better part of $1000 for him to tell me I couldn't do it. But hear I am only 3 1/2 Lbs to go... All it took was some time and dedication.

So this weekend was a disaster. Olive garden, kids birthday party, carbs, carbs and more carbs. So, obviously I didn't succeed at the last callenge and not doing so good at the current one. I got about 12 miles or so last week, maybe I can do it this week. Also, I am trying to quit smoking and so far that's going ok only had 1 a day for the last 2 days, definately wanting to snack more though.

Ok so let's just call this weekend a wash. I am now reminded why I don't track the weekends, since I take them off, I don't watch what I eat as much. So, then I don't feel bad about it. I am so close to my goal, well I guess I official reached my goal about a week or two ago, 140lbs is the weight that the trainer told me to get to. and that's what I have been working at, but my original goal was 135lbs and that thus far has been at that point that is very hard to get that last 5 lbs off. I can do it, I know I can.

The scale hasn't budged at all in the last couple days and I have been at the gym busting my but, more than my normal 2 or 3 days a week at least.. I had a trainer tell me that 140lbs was a good goal for me and 135lbs would be very hard, I guess he was right.
