two months with a constuction zone for a kitchen, im just pleased the weight is still travelling in the right direction...and im getting a huge country kitchen to play in

another construction day...im gnna be organised and whip up my smoothie early so i can eat healty at work today...cmon down nu kitchen, its gnna be uba fab when its all done

blah! had plans to get back on track today...then an electrician arrived at 7.30, so breakfast couldnt get cooked...he left just before i had to head out to work, so lunch and dinner were crap too. it will be soooooo good when my kitchen stops being a construction site, and just becomes my olde worlde country kitchen. plan for tomorrow is to get on track...

it feels like i have been calorie counting forever!yes its only been a short time that ive been here calorie counting....but its been soooo very long! 5 stone long! got to keep believing in me. time for a weight loss meditation again methinks...time to re-motivate me. I REALLY want to be in my leather top again by end of next month!

two days of having my kitchen torn apart is not good for mindful eating!...bit hard to create healthy food when you dont have a bench to create it on!
