Good day, considering I am in a sling...up for exercise and got electric temp fence up...I still got some weeding to do before I turn the horses out.

The 8 PM no food has been impossible this past week....had 2 evenings late dinners....also celebrating this past week....cake...eating out at work....not getting my minimal water needs...I will behave today.
