Hello, My name is Dave. I am married and have a 9 month old girl. We also have 4 dogs. I work behind a desk all day and need to start forcing myself to exercise. In the "glory years" I was an Infantry solder with the 101st Airborne and was 185 ~ 3% body fat. I worked my way up to 200 (on purpose) and then graduate school I stopped working out all together and kept the same diet: 230... turned 30... 250 and now ugh... 279.
With 4 dogs, I have no excuse to not walk daily. My goal is to get under 200 again. Wish me luck.
