It's Finally Time.
I was 266plus when I started my diet. It took a little over a year for me to reach 125 pounds... you just have to STAY ON TRACK!!!! you can do it!!!!

Exercise and PMS
I hate my PMS... gas bloat EMOTIONS TIRED FOREVER... I tend to take a DAY break when it's at it's worst but I try to push through. even with the gas :/

Why do people drink low fat/skim milk?
i use whole milk as creamer because of how thick and rich it is.
