Butter Subsitute
I use 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 tbs of Promise buttery spread and 1 slice of fat free american cheese....tastes great!

Running on a Treadmill vs. Outside
I'd rather walk outside than walking on the treadmill....Sounds kind of silly, but I get tired more easily walking on it. I've tried different inclines, but it doesn't make a difference. So, I started walking at an incline for 3 mins and then level for 3 mins. It makes the workout seem to go a little faster.
