These hit the spot. A small tip, instead of using so many different dried spices try steak seasoning.

Will try them again but 450 degrees for 40 minutes is way too long for fries.

I would have to agree with Pjoe, the cooking time was a little long. We had some burning and sticking in the dish we cooked them in. The taste was great and we will be trying it again!

I cut them up in cubes--they cook much faster.

very simple and TASTY! I used lemon pepper in addition to chili power...also cooked for 40 minutes. I thought the potato slices would be too big, but everything turned out GREAT!

VERY DELICIOUS AND GAVE ME SOME IDEAS FOR OTHER RECIPES WITH POTATOES! I WILL DEFINETLY EAT THEM AGAIN. I TOO CUT THEM INTO CUBES AND COULD HAVE ONLY BAKED THEM FOR 30 MINUTES INSTEAD OF 45 BUT THEY WENT OVER WELL WITH THE HUBBY AND GUESTS!

Very good recipe. They were done in a little over 30 minutes.

I make these by lightly spraying the potato wedges with Pam olive oil spray and shaking the spices and herbs on, mixing well to coat, I bake them on a silpat mat - turning half way through the cooking time... no sticking. I do the same with sweet potatoes adding a little brown sugar to the spices.
