I was hoping to reach 125lbs. which I did wile living in Antigua West Indies however upon retorning home I started muscle bilding, so I notice less inches but 9 extra lbs.Oh well I"m really happy with my body more define and my size 6 .Much better than the 18 I used to be.

Ive been doing my own version of the ATKINS diet. but recently I found great info on the web site so I will follow it.This morning I had 2 scramble eggs and 4onz. of green beans a cup of coffie. that is all.
