I don't know what happened, but I do feel like I have all the tools needed to really start this. This has been the hardest to start. Lately, I've been having a hard time STARTING. It is just a matter of just doing it.

Doing good. Have been working hard on gardening and things like that, so even though I wasn't hitting itinthegym, I have been working out

I don't know how many times I have started over, but I really want this to be my last time that I start over. In order to get what I need to get done, I'm going to have to do something different. This will be my first time doing a "Fad" diet, but I'm going to try it anyway. I MUST not fall into the trap of over eating when I'm done or else, I will gain it all back. This week, I'm going to dedicate it to getting my mind right. This is a must in order for me to be successful. I have lost weight in the past, but I want to lose weight, and keep it off for good.

Today is when I start all over again. This time, I am getting down to some roots! I am going to conquer. Not only physically, but mentally, and most important SPIRITUALLY! I will walk in the ways of the Lord as second nature, and walk in my anointing. Lord, let me just be a witness of your Word!
