Well made it through a rough weekend and a busy Monday. Today worked out ok in the end. looks like drinking sparkling mineral water after a light dinner helps. Last night ate a whole head of cauliflower for dinner. makes no sense, but it was good. Microwaved it whole until it was done. Then I broiled it until it was a bit crunchy. I t was good with some think teriaky sauce to dip. low calories and incredibly filling.

Bad night. Great day, good workout in the morning, calories on track, but. Kid's basketball game. Need to plan for long nights and not stay up past 11. Retarded, could have made it today... just needed to plan a snack or be discipline with bed time. 530AM to the gym is gonna suck..

Good day 1. It really helped having a schedule for the day and having thought about where I would be and what my options would be. Having a schedule meant no time to get bored- hungry watching t.v. now to focusing on the amount of sleep (from 5 to 7.5hrs). Gonna miss Netflix.
