Well its a new year again, have to start again. I have just been maintaining, at Adapt Fit - boot camp 90 % is maintaining. Not really maintaining, I've gained 20 pounds up from size 10 to size 12/14 depends on the slacks or jeans. Some dressed in size 10 are too small.
My own doing, my own fault, I'm the one who made the wrong choice. I don't know what to do.

As of today starting again, 100 % today no matter what. Find something to do after dinner. Don't stay up late.
