I fell off the wagon again so not a whole lot of weght loss. Just got Zumba for my birthday so I am excited. I am also in a belly dance troupe and have a bunch of performances coming up- some of which include a lot of floor work with a sword. I really need to get this weight off to protect my knees and I also need to concentrate on bellydance specific strength training so that I can enjoy my dance and not struggle. I was doing Ballet Beautiful and just working on choreographies for my exercise. My plan now is to alternate between Zumba and belly dance drills and exercises. With more intense cardio, the weight should come off a little faster and the drilling will help of course with my dancing

Well, I have been away for a while. Lets see if I can stick with it this time. I got really frustrated last night when I realized that I was going to have to buy all new bellydance costumes because none of my pre-baby stuff would fit. :( Plus, I had a dr appt to check my blood pressure and it is still super high, even with the medication they put me on. Need to get serious for my health and pocket book.

I have been recording everything I am eating here lately and getting all my exercise in, but i have been adding some sweets back in so I wound up gaining a pound this last week. I still managed to stary gluten free, so technically I met my own goals as well, but still kind of cheated with the chocolate. I had a bad few days and decided king sized candy bars were a good breakfast.

I really haven't felt well all week. I have had a bad head cold and really have felt down. I did get exercise in about 4 times this week, but I didnt keep track of what I ate.
