Hello!
I had my first baby about a year ago and I am still trying to lose the weight. Before becoming pregnant, I had managed to lose about 30 lbs, so I know I can do it but I am having trouble with managing time and finding motivation to stick with it. I do have a sensitivity to wheat and I am dealing with some depression that I know is partly because of postpartum , but also because of poor nutrition and the fact that I have recently been letting wheat sneak back into my diet. I am hoping that by joining this site I can find motivationto reach my goals,and also help motivate others to reach theirs.
