I feel so fat. 500 calories today, maximum. I feel sick, too. Dont want to go to school tomorrow. Ick.

Feeling kind of defeated, though I shouldn't. Stayed at 116lbs for a few days now. At least I haven't gained! I won't be able to weigh in tomorrow morning, which makes me feel anxious a bit. But As long as I control myself the rest of the day, I'll be fine. I want to have a low weight for the start of the challenge to lose 15lbs by Christmas. If I start at 115lbs, I could theoretically end at 100lbs. 100 would be fantastic. I can't imagine what I would look like at 100lbs. I've been approximately 100lbs at this height a few years ago, but I had a low muscle mass then. I should hope that I will look good at that weight.
Today, I've eaten 630 kcal. I woke up super early today, though I don't have school or dance. I had a bowl of Cheerios and some milk for 120 kcal. The I dyed my hair :) After those shenanigans, I ate a Special K Protein Bar and an English Muffin with Chunky Peanut Butter, for 170 kcal and 340 kcal respectively. The girls are all going to Amy's tonight at 7:30, 8:00 or so, and by then I want to have stayed under 900 kcal. I'll probably leave my house at around 7:00, so I have five hours and twenty minutes to spend 170 kcal. Dad just got Sun Chips in the house- SO CRAVEWORTHY! I really wanna have one serving of those, for 140 kcal, and leave thirty to munch on inevitably present snack food at Amy's. I just need to pick a good time to eat them, so I don't eat again before leaving or end up eating too much at Amy's. Maybe at three or four o'clock?
Last night, I calculated what I'm allowed to eat on Thanksgiving. Turkey Day is kind of stressing me out.

Not so bad, huh? I mean, for one meal it's pretty awful, but I don't need to eat all day beforehand. Also, I'll be running a one-mile race downtown that morning. I typically jog at 5/mph. If I weigh 116lbs then, I will burn 74 kcal. That doesn't seem like much, but that's only ten minutes of jogging.
This week, I had such an energy problem. I was so tired and irritable. I couldn't do everything in dance class to my full ability, which pissed me off greatly. Today, I haven't really felt like that, but I also haven't done much activity.
I have resolved to having gorgeous nails! I have wet nails as I type this. One cannot eat with wet nails!
Plus the smell is awful.
Ew.
Hopefully next time I check in I'll be down to 115lbs!
