So I have been in holiday hiatus and it has taken it's toll on my weight-loss goals... I was very determined until that scale just kind of got stuck in the same numbers, no matter what I did. I am reading up on a booklet for a diet plan called Fat Loss Factor. I am going to try the liver cleanse and may try the fasting... anybody know or have any experience with fasting, or liver cleansing??
