I'm 28 live in sunny San Juan Puerto Rico work @ a hotel while I try to accomplish my aspirations to work in the film & photography industry. I divide my time between work and play at my projects at home. I love to cook, write and crochet. Love house music, the beach and live with my boyfriend and pet pitbull, the darling of the house. Trying to loose 15 pounds has never been so hard but I am aiming for the BEST shape I have ever been and after a lot of reading about diets and nutrition I am going for it!

Protein???
Real food is great but even with real food you don't get all the nutrients that your body can benefit from. That's why dietary supplements like protein shakes and vitamins are great for anyone cutting down calories.

Protein???
protein shakes are the best! they are tasty and don't have so many calories plus they keep you feeling full for longer and help your muscles after working out which will help you loose pounds. It's better than eating chicken all day.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
It's common to hear about getting workout done in the morning, before anything else, but it has always been the hardest time for me to get up and get it done.

I personally mostly do my exercise late at night. I have a protein shake take a shower, may stay up two more hours and that's it.

Anybody want to share some thoughts on what is the best time to achieve optimum results?
