Actually been Primal (80/20) for about a year now, seen a dramatic drop in body fat (28% or so down to 17% now) and had really good strength gains (doing 115 on the bench 10x to 165 for 3 sets of 10x; doing 120 squat 10ish times to 155 for 4 sets of 15 etc...)
