Ugh. So far not losing any weight, but I guess its only been a week since I have been using fatsecret. Am I not losing weight because I eat too many carbs? That seems to be the most percentage of what I eat. But I cant help it if I work at Noodles!! erg....and I have been eating somewhat better too. I dont know, still have to see what happens when I change my birth control, but I dont feel any different from working out :(

Ugh... Went over my calorie count on Saturday, didn't know that damn queso dip was over a thousand calories! :(
Went over today as well...I didn't think a 360 calorie pizza would make me go over...but I already cooked it... Guess I'm adding an extra day in the gym. I really want to lose weight...

I really want to lose the weight I have gained in a year. In June 2011 I went on a new birth control and think that is why I gained the weight. Also is when I started dating my boyfriend. The weight gain could have been from both, the different hormones in the birth control and the eating out with the boyfriend. Next month I am changing my birth control so maybe it will be easier to lose weight. i dont eat alot and I work out occasionally and I have not lost any weight. I went from a size 5 to a 9 in a year. I would like to get back to my size 5. June 2011 weighed 117lbs November 2012: 145 lbs.
