Yay! last week I was 143, now 140! I don't remember the last time it said 140! Super stoked :D

:( guess I won't reach my weight goal in 3 months... Sad. I was doing to well. I guess I did have a little more alcohol that the previous week and skipped a work out day.... I am starting my new birth control in a week, so I am hoping for weight changes!

Aghhh!
the two days I wanted to work out I didnt. I guess I worked out tuesday, did a turbo jam video at home. Tomorrow I will work out for sure, twice as long to make up for not working out the last two days and I will probably work out saturday before work at 2. been having some rough times... but ill get back on track. only gone over my diet like 5 times, one doesnt count, its was like 1720 and thats cause my food tracker doesnt track without items. i got a penne rosa from work once without the cream that comes with it, that cream itself is 100 calories! so i took it out, so i was good that day.

Started at 145/146 (dont really know if I was weighing myself right, since it was at the gym and at night meaning I had extra food weight on) but have been on here counting calories for 9 days, been working out for 2 weeks. Got a new bathroom scale and just weighed myself in the am after I got up and am 142.2! Yay! Lets see if the birth control changes things in a few months too! :)

I need to get a bathroom scale, my mom said they're on sale at the aldi, so ill be doing that today. I usually go to gym in the afternoon/late in the day and can't really count my weight at that point because I've eaten already. I also think that the scale at the gym isn't a hundred percent correct. And today I'm going to do my normal workout and maybe go to the pool! That should be some nice extra calories!
