Alright, so I'm back! Been away for a little while and now it's time to get serious. I actually joined Jenny Craig last Wednesday, so this is day 5 on the program. So far so good. The weight loss goal is still the same 25lbs. Let's see what hapens.

OK I know I ate last night, it just wasn't enough, and that's been the trend this week. Monday and Wednesday night, i only ate a couple of pieces of spicy chicken links with bbq sauce, a few tortilla chips and grapes lastnight, but carrots on monday I think. I don't have the nutritional information to record :o{ Tuesday was a bust. I think I had an apple with almond butter and called it a night *sigh*
