I was bad today slept til early afternoon with Hubby just a lazy feeling day meaning I didn't eat a proper breakfast. Lunch was good though eggs and bacon. I really miss having toast with my eggs. Tomorrow gotta get up and moving again before 2:00 actually before 11:00

Finding it hard to keep with my Atkins diet my husband loves potatoes, stuffing, corn, bread all things I can't eat! Oh and don't forget the cupcakes. He can eat it all and not gain weight!I love it all too but I just look at a cupcake and I can feel poundage adding to my hips. LOL. He hates most other veggies and if anybody has ever done Atkins you know that this is what you live on (minus carrots, corn potatoes and any other veg. with starches) So I'm making 2 meals one for him and one for me the only thing that is the same on the plates is the type of meat usually prepared different unless it's something like a whole chicken or a roast. Also finding hard to get motivated to do exercises but that's just me I need a kick sometimes to change my routines.
