Today I did a jillian michaels ripped in 30 week 2 DVD and a fat burning workout circuit. I also started the buttlift 30 day challenge and did the first workout. I need to eat healthier so I am trying to cut out as much sugar and junk food as I can and focus on whole foods. I am tired of feeling sick to my stomach and being bloated.

My last two workouts have been really good. I felt like I was exploding with energy so I think what I eat really makes a difference and eating something small an hour before is good. Or have a large 400 cal breakfast before my workout 3 hours later. I have been trying to drink a lot more water and eat less junk food which I do not enjoy anyway because it doesn't make me feel good and leaves me bloated.
