OMG! I think I found a new workout to do!!!
Just Dance 2!
WOW...SOOOOO much fun and I burned close to 700 cals in one hour

Ugh. Need to get back on track. Starting Jan 1st 2011 I was working out 5 days a week, watching everything I ate and only consuming 1200-1400 calories a day. I lost 11 pounds which is really good for me.
This happens every single friggin time and I feel good about it. Then the laziness comes and I don't feel like trying any more!
So very very frustrating. I found this site yesterday and I am really hoping that with encouragement from others, I can finally kick my weight in the ass...literally.
I am sick and tired of being the fat girl!!!
