Well, I'm out on the west coast (Orange County) for the week... This is my first big trip since starting south beach - so far I haven't been very good on the food side (didn't help that the flight attendants insisted on refilling the wine glass throughout the entire 4.5 hour trip!). I've done pretty well keeping up with the exercise though! I have no access to a scale this week so I expect I will be recording my first "gain week" next Sunday - just hope it isn't too horrendous! Not gonna that great a start for awesome arms unfortunately but I'll try to recover next week...

Yesterday was not a good day for resisting temptation... I wasn't awful but lots of little slipups - a few m&m's, a cookie, some wine and a not approved for phase 2 dinner...
The good thing about using all the tools FS has (like the food and exercise diary) is I'm finally getting in tune with my body and I now have proof that there are a couple days every month when my body has intense cravings for sweet and salty and its really, really hard to overcome them!!! Not to mention the bloating--- how de-motivating...
I'm a little ticked off with myself...
I WILL do better today!!!
