I need to get back to watching what I am eating. I sorta got a big head with the weight loss and thought I could nibble like before, NOT...I am back to eating right again. And since I gave up pop for Lent, I am drinking water like crazy, figured i would have lost more weight then what I did...I am still keeping at it. I am very persistant. :)

Watching what I am eating has become more easy a time goes on. I love trying new veggies. I just tried Bok Choy, oh my goodness, this is so yummy, filling and juicy too. One of the biggest changes I have made is making sure my plate in a small salad plate and I have 1/2 filled with veggies. Lovin this program too.

I went on vacation for 2 weeks, and I still lost weight. I am so happy about that. I ate lots of grilled fish, shrimp, salads and played in the enormous waves that was a work out in itself. Had a wonderful vacation with family, enjoyed great food and lost weight. Can't have a better vacation then that.

Before I started up with FatSecret, I weighed 222. I gradually lost weight to 212. But I do want to loose more. I am working at it gradually. Thank you everyone for your posts and encouragement. I appreciate all that I can get. I have lost 1 pound this week. Yeah!!! I am riding my bike daily, which I just love to do. I do have a gym membership but have not been there this week. Guess I would rather be outside. I know l need to get more protein in my diet so I am working on that. I am just so happy I lost 1# so far this week. I only weigh in 1x a week. When I was on vacation I walked the beach every day, walking in soft sand and hard, what a work out, but loved it. I ate lots of fresh fish and salads. No fried food and no fast food, no pop. Now I am trying to put that in my eating back home. I love the fresh fish, but all we get here is the frozen stuff. And I grilled all the fresh fish too, never fried it or baked in the oven, just all on the grill. Used lots of lemon juice and fresh herbs for seasoning. I do not like to use salt and hate flavor of pepper. Just rambling here, I suppose my thoughts do not make much sense to anyone, but to me....Have a beautiful day everyone.
