Journaling is definitely a must while I take this adventure on weight loss. It is much easier to stay on track and I do not nibble as much knowing I have to write it down.

Today is March 1, I am starting over with this plan. I quit WW as I was not able to loose and stay on plan. I have been exercising 4-5 days a week and feel great because of it. Am learning to eat more fruits and veggies, eating healthier all the way around.

Here I thought I ate really good today, turned out I had more carbs and not as much protein as I would have hoped. Better choices tomorrow. Thank goodness there is always a new day to try to do better.
