14th day on phase 1 to Paleo. I caved last night and had 52 calories of chocolate. It tasted amazing! But dropping 2 lb in 5-6 days without going hungry is far more amazing. That should sustain me though the rest of the first 30 days. :-)

9 days on phase 1: no refined sugar, no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and no processed foods. I am amazed at how much better I already feel. My head is a lot clearer, I'm sleeping better, I have more energy, and I am naturally eating less and not feeling hungry! =)
