Since having my daughter 7 years ago, I've yo-yoed in my weight. Currently, I am 162 lbs at 5'0. I've been on several diets, the most common one being South Beach. My main problem is that I don't eat often enough and often out. Recently, I've fallen into the habit of eating dinner only. This I would say is my biggest downfall. My eating habits just plain suck.
Diet Type:
I'm not on a diet yet but I do have Biggest Loser and Hungry Girl cookbooks that I plan on using to help plan meals.
About me:
I'm a single mom of a 7 yr old. I'm currently in a relationship with a soldier who is deployed in Iraq. I won't be seeing him for 6 months and I'd like to look and feel better about myself before that happens. I've come to the point where I am happy with myself personality wise but physically I am unhappy. I'm looking for a support system here.
Hobbies:
Mostly spend time with my kiddo but I also enjoy reading and sewing.
