Alrighty. I am back again, as fat as ever and frustrated with myself. I go through phases of doing really well but I have a problem sustaining my progress through life changes. Then once I fall off I just keep falling until I am right back to where I started. So, Now I want to try again. I'm back over 300, my blood pressure is high again, my energy level is low, my clothes dont fit and I just feel beaten. I know what to do, and how to do it. I just dont know how to maintain the mental stability to carry it out to the goal line. Maybe I need some kind of support group or therapy. I dont know, but I am going to bed now determined to get back into tracking what I eat. Tomorrow I am not going to make any huge changes but I am going to track every bite and just see where I am to start making my changes. Gasp.
