Work an office job...put in 12-18 hours a day 6-7 days a week.
Ensure I get on a treadmill at 3 MPH rolling incline for a minimum of 20 minutes a day....up to 1 hr a day when I can.
Have always been overweight except for a period in my life when I hit around 215 lbs.
at 300 lbs the alarm bells start going off. I want to reduce my weight as fast as possible while still being healthy. I want to eat and feel full but eat smart and have a low calorie intake.
Before this I ate fast food once a day and did no exercise.
